See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
A traditional country pub that for several years has also been a destination for lovers of Thai food. The area to the left is set aside for diners although the pub's small size and popularity means that the drinking area might also be busy with diners. Adnam's Ghost Ship is a regular. The three other ales are usually nationally known. An eclectic range of whiskeys adds to the mix. The Navigator is 1 of 275 pubs purchased in June 2014 from Greene King by Hawthorn Leisure (now part of Admiral Taverns). The freehold is currently on the market. The previous licensee and his team are now running the Rose in Stapleford. The freehold was sold to an individual in August 2024. It should reopen in the autumn after refurbishment.
