A large pub situated on a main road into Cambridge. It underwent a significant refurbishment in autumn 2015, changing its name to Duchess of Cambridge in October 2022. Inside it has been opened out into a J shape with the bar at the centre. The old wood panelling has been painted in blues and greys giving the place a more contemporary feel. There are tables out front but to the rear, the decked garden is a much more attractive area to relax in. The food menu has a range of dishes, some using locally sourced ingredients. From late February 2025 the pub returned to its previous name of Hudson's Ale House as the newest pub being run by Steve & Hayley Pellegirini.
