Friendly local with a single L shaped bar. Situated opposite the gates of the former Waterbeach barracks, home to the Royal Engineers until 2013. Although there are now two breweries (Milton and Pastore) nearby again, the former Brewery Tap name refers to James Froment's brewery, which closed in the early 20th century. Food events held as advertised. The Brewery Tap closed in early December 2023. Following a refurbishment including repainting inside with light pale green and blue colours it reopened, under new licensees, as The Taps on 15 June 2024.
