The Black Horse is a two bar village pub purchased several years ago by a Rampton resident from Greene King. It has since earned a reputation for its ales and hearty pub food. The left bar is mainly for diners, the right bar is the drinker’s area. Outside there is parking on both sides of the pub and a large beer garden to the rear. No regular ales but up to three ever changing real ales, mostly from regional small breweries, served on gravity from a stillage behind the bar. Breakfast served 8-11 on Saturdays although the bar doesn't open until noon. Cambridge & District CAMRA Lockdown Community Award 2020.
