Converted from the Spread Eagle in 2005, the eagle still sits above the main entrance. After 16 years as the Snug in September 2021 it reopened as Tall Trees with live music a key part of its offering. The decor is dark with branches enhancing the tree theme. In September 2023 it became Hanks Dirty offering vegan food as well as drinks and live music. Live music Tuesday to Sunday, Tuesday is Open Mic night. Blues Jam second and fourth Thursday of each month. May close early when no live music. Hank's Dirty closed at the end of March 2025. Stonegate are seeking new tenants.
