See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

The Black Horse is a two bar village pub purchased several years ago by a Rampton resident from Greene King. It has since earned a reputation for its cask ales, locally produced cider, fine wines and Mediterranean style informal sharing menu. Dog friendly throughout. Step-free access although the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Outside there is parking on both sides of the pub and a large beer garden to the rear with a pétanque pitch. Up to three changing ales from regional and local small breweries. It's keg lines include Lost & Grounded Helles, Nene Valley Release the Chips and Egyptian Cream and Cranes cider. New licensees took over in July 2023.
